My experience at this resort was terrible. I felt completely ignored and utterly frustrated as the staff didn't honor my booking. After waiting for an hour, they denied me a room at the rate I had confirmed online, and no one cared to assist. This place felt more like a trap than a getaway, so I strongly advise against staying here.
